The
word adhesive as an adjective or a noun refers to substances which
tend to adhere or stick to other substances. The interaction which
develops
between an adhesive and other dissimilar substance(s) when they have
contact is called adhesion. Thus, adhesives are used to unite or bind
materials and are very useful at home and in industry. |
